Mixmates are a customizable, modular chemical mixing system with an Android or iOS app that allows mixing to happen faster than ever, without the risk of making errors. Automated record keeping builds in efficiency and helps manage inventory.
What is a Mixmate System?
Mixmate App
An Android or iOS application that controls the Mixmate hardware and provides automatic data collection. The app tracks product target and actual amounts by name, and prompts operators to add product as needed.
Intersect Cloud Service
The connection between the Mixmate app and the office to provide reporting, secure data backup, and work order creation features.
Chemical Inductors
Measuring and mixing is seamless and speedy through patent-pending jug processing that removes the need for separate containers for measuring. Choose between the Mixmate Fusion Inductor and the Mixmate Pro Inductor.
Mixmate Hardware
Valves, flowmeters, scales, and Flow Stacks to customize a Mixmate system for carrier control, bulk chemical handling, or independent product measurement.

How Does a Mixmate System Work?
One System. From Work Order to Finished Mix.
The Mixmate system brings chemical measuring, mixing, application data, and recordkeeping together in one connected system. From the office, work orders can be created and sent to the Mixmate app. At the tender trailer, the operator follows the work order while Mixmate measures products and guides the mixing process. Once the mix is complete, the collected data can be synchronized for reporting and recordkeeping.

The Fusion is a compact inductor designed for liquid and dry product while taking up very little space on tender trailers. It’s a combination of an inductor, a flowmeter, and a stack of valves to measure bulk products.
