Compact and Efficient Chemical Mixing System

The Praxidyn Mixmate Fusion is a compact chemical mixing system designed to streamline chemical mixing and measurement for spray tender trailers and other professional applications. It combines flow and weight measurement to accurately handle both liquid and dry products while taking up minimal space.

The Fusion uses a specially designed plastic inductor with high-flow rinsing and two operating modes for dry products. This gives operators flexibility when handling different products and container sizes. A robust stainless steel frame and pre-calibrated components provide a reliable foundation for a compact, high-performance mixing system.

The computer-controlled inductor modulates the drain valve to retain a small pool of water. This allows the system to mix dry chemicals efficiently. For whole containers, continuous-flow mode provides quick processing. For partial containers, the inductor’s scale measures the product by weight for greater accuracy.

The Fusion can process, drain, measure, rinse, record, and reconcile chemical data in as little as 12 seconds. As a result, operators can spend less time measuring and handling products while improving accuracy and consistency.

Advanced Bulk Chemical Management

The Mixmate Fusion can also automate bulk chemical handling with an integrated Flow Stack and flowmeter. The Flow Stack mounts directly to the Fusion Inductor frame, combining both components into a single compact system. This combination is where the Fusion gets its name.

Each Flow Stack supports three or four bulk chemical valves plus a rinse water valve. The rinse valve automatically flushes the manifold and flowmeter between products, helping prevent cross-contamination.

You can pair the Flow Stack with either a magmeter or gear-type flowmeter. This flexibility allows the Fusion to handle chemicals with different viscosities while maintaining accurate measurement.

Expandable to Fit Your Operation

The Mixmate Fusion can grow with your chemical handling needs. It uses Praxidyn’s CAN Bus architecture, which makes it easy to add components as your operation expands.

For example, you can start with a system that handles three bulk products and add components later as your needs change. You can also build a larger system capable of handling dozens of products.

This modular approach lets you configure the Fusion around your operation without replacing the equipment you already have.

Automated Carrier Control

Carrier Control adds another level of automation by managing carrier flow throughout the mixing process. A positionable valve and flowmeter let the Mixmate adjust carrier flow based on the programmed mix sequence and target volume. This helps maintain the proper flow rate as chemicals enter the system.

At the end of the mix, the system can reduce or stop carrier flow to help prevent overfilling. It can also hold back water for a thorough system flush.

Carrier Control can also control electric carrier pumps through compatible control panels. The system automatically starts and stops the pump as needed.
