Mixmate Flow
Customizable Bulk Chemical Mixing System for Every Operation
Mixmate Flow
Bulk chemical handling, configured for your operation.
The Mixmate Flow is a versatile bulk chemical handling system that can be used as a standalone solution or paired with an existing manually controlled inductor. It eliminates the need for 12-volt pumps on totes while automating the induction of bulk chemicals. With a compact footprint and modular design, the Mixmate Flow can be configured to meet your current needs and easily expanded as your operation grows.

Flexible Bulk Chemical Handling System
The Praxidyn Mixmate Flow automates the measurement and induction of bulk chemicals. Use it as a standalone system or pair it with an existing manually controlled inductor. It automates bulk chemical handling without requiring an individual 12-volt pump on each tote.
Its compact footprint and flexible plumbing options make it easy to fit into existing systems. You can also expand the system as your operation grows.
Automated Bulk Chemical Management
The Mixmate Flow uses Flow Stack technology to measure and automatically handle bulk chemicals. Each Flow Stack supports three or four chemical inputs and a flowmeter to measure products as they enter the system.
Need more inputs? Add additional Flow Stacks. Multiple stacks can handle six, eight, or virtually any number of bulk chemical products your operation requires.
Instead of using a pump on each tote, the system uses suction from the main water pump to induct bulk chemicals. This creates a centralized, closed-system approach to chemical handling. It also eliminates the need to calibrate and maintain a separate pump for every product.
Flow Stacks can integrate into existing plumbing, making Mixmate Flow a practical way to upgrade an existing mixing system.
A Flexible Alternative to a Complete Inductor
Not every operation needs a full chemical inductor. For operations that use only a few hand-add products, the cost and footprint of a dedicated inductor may not make sense. Mixmate Flow provides a way to automate bulk chemical handling while allowing operators to continue using an existing manually controlled inductor for the products they add by hand. This flexibility makes Mixmate Flow an economical solution for operations that want the benefits of Mixmate automation without investing in a complete inductor system.
Expandable to Fit Your Operation
Mixmate Flow can grow with your chemical handling needs. A single Flow Stack handles three or four bulk chemical inputs. Add more stacks when you need additional products.
The system uses Praxidyn’s CAN Bus architecture, which allows you to add components without replacing your existing equipment.
Whether you need to automate three bulk products or build a system for dozens, Mixmate Flow gives you a flexible foundation that can grow with your operation.
Automated Carrier Control
Carrier Control adds another level of automation to the Mixmate system by automatically managing carrier flow throughout the mixing process. Using a positionable valve and flowmeter, the Mixmate adjusts carrier flow based on the programmed mix sequence and target volume, helping maintain the appropriate flow rate as chemicals are being added. At the end of the mix, the system can reduce or stop carrier flow to help prevent overfilling and allow the Mixmate to hold back water for a thorough flush of the system.
Carrier Control can also be used with electric carrier pumps through compatible control panels, providing automatic pump start and stop control. By reducing the amount of manual intervention required during mixing, Carrier Control helps speed up the mixing process, improve consistency, and make the system easier for the operator to manage.
Maple Leaf Ag can help you determine the right Mixmate Flow configuration for your operation, including the number of bulk chemical inputs, flowmeters, pumps, plumbing, carrier controls, and other system components.
